Online booking is preferred. All new clients need to place a credit card on file. Please allow 24 hrs notice for cancellation. A $20 per service hour will be charged without proper cancellation notice. Some exceptions will be made in emergency situations. Depending on the service, if you arrive more than 15 min after your appointment time we may not be able to accommodate the full service time.

Arrival and paperwork

If you are receiving multiple services you will have a robe and slippers provided. Please feel free to wear your own relaxing footwear if you choose.

Please arrive at least 15 min. early to fill out paperwork, use the restroom, and settle in. If you are unsure of where we are located please allow additional time. You can find more detailed information on our location and directions under the "contact us" tab.

Mon-Tues When entering off of main st. you will enter into the reception area. Your paperwork will be waiting for you.  If entering through the back entrance and the parking lot you will head to the front reception area where you will find your paperwork. Wed-Sat Please check in at the reception desk.
